Dining on Royal Caribbean Cruises
RCI offer both formal and informal dining, allowing the passenger to choose traditional fixed dining in one of the elegant main restaurants or relaxed, casual dining in one of the buffet style restaurants, pizzerias or fast-food restaurants.
The main restaurants offer healthy low fat, low cholesterol options, vegetarian choices, ethnic and regional specialities, as well as traditional cuisine. Many of the Royal Caribbean ships feature the speciality Portofino Italian restaurant or the Chops Grille Steakhouse.
Entertainment on Royal Caribbean
RCI offer a large entertainment programme with plenty of bright, west-end style stage performances and ice spectaculars. Ships also have a casino, a good selection of bars and a nightclub.
All ships have an array of sporting activities onboard, some include running tracks, ice-skating rinks, water parks, FlowRider surf simulators and rock climbing walls. There is also a fitness centre and spa on each ship.

Royal Caribbean’s Adventure Ocean children’s programme is one of the most comprehensive at sea, run by qualified staff, with 7 different age groups, the youngest for babies from 6 months. Some ships also offer the H2O zone, interactive splash park and adventure beach, a child only swimming pool and waterslide. Babysitting facilities are also offered along with a late night party zone for teenagers.
